Suzy Guinea Pig Guinea Pig Fenton, MI

Suzy is a short haired crested Guinea pig. She came to us pregnant at 5 months old. She is now 7 months. She’s healthy with a beautiful shiny coat. Shes such a good calm girl, she was a wonderful mama and her babies and they're now weaned and old enough to find a home of her own so it’s now also Suzys turn to find a furever home. She really loves attention, pets and cuddles. She loves to sit on your lap and enjoys a good cuddle in a blanket while you are relaxing.

The habitat that she should be housed in should be 8 square feet so she has space to run and play.

Her diet consists of Oxbow Adult Guinea Pig pellets (1/8cup per day ), and unlimited Timothy hay. Romaine lettuce, green peppers, kale, cucumber, grape tomatoes, celery, carrot, apple, dandelion, parsley/cilantro(sparingly) are her favorite vegetables. She should get 1cup of mixed fresh veggies daily. She drinks well from a water bottle. She also gets one Oxbow Vitamin C tablet each morning.

Fabric is used in her cage. We don't recommend paper bedding that has baking soda in it, pine or cedar, as those are toxic to guinea pigs. Laundry soap is unscented and no dryer sheets are used.
