Meet Ponch & Dusty
Why has this pair spent their entire lives in rescue? They are such a sweet, spunky & fun pair. Ponch is a black & white American. Dusty (named by his foster family for Dustin from Stanger Things) is Golden Agouti Red & White Abby. They are only about a few months apart in age. They are about a year old and ready for a place to call their home! These boys will make you smile. Dusty is the comedian of the pair and Ponch can only try to keep Dusty in line. These boys are perfect for the family looking for piggies that want to be an active part of the family.
Like all bonded pairs, they have to be adopted together. If you would like to meet these boys, any of the other adoptable piggies at the rescue, or would like more information please email wheekcare2017@gmail.com.
Guinea pigs are social animals and should always have at least one other friend of their own kind. These wonderful little creatures live an average of 5 to 7 years. We’ve even seen them live until they were 9-10 years old! Children under the age of 12 should always be supervised by an adult when holding guinea pigs. Also, a responsible adult should supervise their care and well-being. Email us at wheekcare2017@gmail.com for more information including our adoption form and our Guinea Pig Care Packet with the essential information all guinea pig owners should have.
