Meet Ned & Dakota
Meet Ned and baby boy Dakota!
Ned is one of our older boys at about 3 years old (as of 4/24) He was rescued by a volunteer from a Los Angeles city shelter where he had been for several months. Unfortunately the stress of the shelter unbonded him from his brother Tim. Ned was living alone for a while until recently when we were able to pair him with baby boy Dakota.
Dakota was from a large group rescued after they were found abandoned in a park. He's about 3 months old as of Sept 1, 2024.
Ned is a nice mellow boy, he will let you give him head scratchings in the cage and he loves snacks of all kinds, he will politely take them from your hand. He can get the whole room going with his joyous wheeks. With time, attention and love we just know he will live up to his full potential and be the best buddy you've ever had.
We require a 4x2 C&C cage or a double midwest cage setup. The 4x2 C&C cage measures 56" x 27". Please see our Supply list for links to approved habitats: https://www.socalguineapigrescue.org/supplies-list
