This companion animals name is Ivy. Petfinder does not list all the Cavy breeds and this girl is actually a Coronet. The . Peruvian is the closest to the Coronet. This is a sweet girl with a gentle nature. She is very kind when she is held. She is shy but greets her people with a her sweet Cavy call when you enter the room. She is thought to be about 1 year old or under. She is very beautiful with her calico colors. This breed does require coat care and is not for anyone that is not dedicated to their piggers. Ivy eats mostly veggies like carrots, romaine lettuce and spring mix with lost of dark greens. She is not very fond of pellets and will require someone who is dedicated to her food needs. Please make sure buying daily fresh vitamin rich greens is in your budget before you think about adopting a Cavy. Ivy loves her igloo and she likes her soft bedding it sits on. She will make a great cavy friend. We have a male crested that we have paired with her. We would prefer she go to ahome with another pig or that is kind or with Ivan. Cavy do best with friends.
