Meet the Ciggy! He came to us when their owner was no longer allowed to accommodate them in their college dorm hall

Ciggy came from a very loving interactive home and just LOVES humans and all the attention he can get. He is a very fun, outgoing, bold and social young boy who will come right to you, will climb on you, enjoys his shoulder rides, loves ear scrittches and would be perfect for any rat owner and any kind of home. Currently he will be placed as a single adoption but we're trying him with lots of other boys as well to see if would be okay with cage mates or not.
