Meet Bambi (in foster)
Meet Bambi, an adorable guinea pig looking for a new home. She came in with her friend Flower, but they have made it clear that they would rather find their own homes.
Bambi is cute-as-can-be, curious, and friendly. She will come when you call her, hoping that you have a yummy snack. Although she might dart away when startled, she quickly recovers and comes back out looking for you. She and Bambi are in foster currently with a young child and a large, curious but gentle dog, and are doing very well! They are actually quite curious about the dog themselves, so we think Flower could be placed in a home with a calm, respectful, no-prey-drive dog.
Bambi's approximate date of birth is Nov 2023. Their previous family purchased them from a pet store and underestimated the responsibility that guinea pigs require, and felt they didn't have enough time to properly look after them.
We're really hoping to find each of the girls a loving home that is committed to daily play/snuggle time, daily cleaning, and proper nutrition and veterinary care.
The adoption fee is $25 + tax.
