Meet Zeda
Zeda is a ball python, surrendered from a young man who could no longer care for (him). He's about 3-4 yrs old, sex is assumed to be male based on size, & he looks to be a normal color morph.
He's active & healthy! Semi tolerant of handling, shy & sometimes strikey when you go to take him out. Zeda would be good for a patient adult or someone familiar with snakes.
Ball Pythons can grow up to 4.5ft in length & live 10-15yrs so just like any other pet this is a commitment.
Ball pythons are rather easy to keep & often considered a "good starter pet" but that doesn't negate the need for education & understanding to keep them alive & healthy! Especially when they have an iffy temperament, it's very important to devote time to handling your snake.
If you do not have experience keeping reptiles please feel free to ask questions! I'll gladly help you with information if you are still learning about getting your first reptile. His adoption fee is $50. The 20g tank he is currently in can be available to go with him for an additional $50. Preferably his new owner will have a setup of 40 gallons minimum, or plan to upgrade his tank this year.
*Edit to add* I have had a few requests in the past for shipping. I am willing to ship FedEx overnight at the owner's expense. Being a subadult/medium heavy snake he will be a tad more expensive and shipping will likely cost $40-$90 but I can get you a quote if you want to send your zip code
