Hi! My name is Tangerine!

I was rescued from a hoarding situation with several other animals. When I came into care I was literally skin and bones but today I'm happy, healthy, and growing! I’m feisty, carefree, engaging, adaptive, and cheerful with lots of energy!

I am still considered a baby, not quite a juvenile so I am still learning to be handled and to be with my people. I will require someone who has bearded dragon experience who will be patient with me and know what to do to help me be more comfortable being handled. I want to be social but it can be a little scary when my antics to get your attention work. One thing you can count on though is I'm a great eater! Right now I still eat 80% protein and 15% veggies and 5% fruit. An experienced person will know when that will start to change.

As a beardie, I require my own habitat as we do best housed individually from my age forward. With the right diet, habitat, substrate, temperature, and humidity I can live a long and healthy life of up to 12 to 14 years!
