Meet Rango
My very best guess is Rango is a male. He is actually 9 months old. His growth was severely stunted by improper care. He was surrendered to a local pet for having a *spicy* attitude. But I honestly think he was just starving. He has a slight curve in his spine from MBD. Hes a very nice, beautiful boy. Bearded dragons need UVB it is a must and not optional.
He will need a 40-gallon breeder aquarium or bigger. He has grown since being at the rescue quite a bit, but I think he will stay pretty petite.
He eats live feeders (superworms, mealworms, roaches)
and I give him a fresh salad daily. He eats most vegetables.
Proof of enclosure is required prior to adoption; I don't recommend loose substrate for him. He tries to eat everything so I would be mindful of decorations as well.
I always suggest doing research before applying for adoption.
Email the rescue if you are interested.
