Thumper! What a sad story for such a special SPAYED HOUSETRAINED young bunny! VIDEO!! Rabbit Rex Mix Bedford Hills, NY

Meet Thumper! She is an adorable 1-2yr old Rex mix bunny who is looking for a new home. Sadly she was dumped at a NYC hi kill shelter where she was left in a small cage with no room to run for over NINE MONTHS! Terrified and sad, Rock n' Rescue heard about her and immediately pulled her into foster. There her foster super spoiled her and found out she was litter trained and fine with her dog and other pets plus she had the run of her bedroom where her fav activity is doing zoomies and jumpies on her foster's bed (we have video!). She even has a fun outdoor play area (with supervision never alone). She is healthy and ready to find her forever home. She is a medium sized girl - fortunately not thin from her stress!!! She loves her toys and running around the house and has a big personality. Friendly but her ordeal makes her hesitant with loud noises or kids that are too pushy, otherwise so wonderful and very sweet. She would be ideal for a family that also has had a bunny or researched bunnies very well as they live a long life and are remarkable pets yet a big responsibility. Ready for love!

Thumper has been with a family that believes she can even become a wonderful pet and loves and adores her. We don't see why this can't continue in the future as potential therapy for all!
