Meet Romeo & Juliet

When rescued Romeo and his bonded mate Juliet had been running loose in a neighborhood for quite some time, surviving the snow and freezing temperatures of Feb. 2021. How someone could set them "free" outside is unbelievable because they are such an absolutely loving couple, who likes lots of pets, and will eat out of your hand. Juliet was pregnant and had 11 babies the day after being rescued, of which 4 babies survived. She is shy and is learning to trust people again. Romeo is super social and absolutely loves to be with people and get lots of pets. Romeo has been neutered and Juliet has been spayed; microchipped, vaccinated against the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease, and is litter box trained. Romeo and Juliet are bonded, therefore they must be adopted together. They have been with our rescue the longest, 1.6 years and are desperately wanting their forever family.
