Ninja was found as a stray at Highland Road park by the kayak launch in summer 2021.
Ninja is OK with uninterested large dogs around his pen, great with the litterbox, and LOVES toys. Ninja is not really a 'beginner bunny' and needs someone who will be patient with him to melt his outer layer so he can reveal the romeo inside! While he has been in our program for a while, he spent a semester with a foster mom who was able to just sit in his pen on the laptop or a book every evening and he became the sweetest thing, flopping over for gentle cheek rubs. However, when he is kept in his pen all the time and no effort is made to go slow and get to know him, he can be grunty/territorial. We know what he's capable of, he just needs someone to go the extra mile with him to let him get back to the lovebug stage! He loves bell peppers and rosemary and takes treats from even a stranger's hand.
