Meet Magpie

This handsome multicolored bunny transferred to us from Orange County Animal Services. He was found as a stray, and fortunately he was picked up and brought to safety before any harm could befall him. Magpie is very happy with the indoor life at his foster home and is particularly enthusiastic about his food! His foster mom reports that he will often try to knock the pellet bowl out of her hand in his zeal to begin eating. He is also very fond of romaine lettuce. One of Magpie's favorite activities is playing peek-a-boo in his tunnel. Magpie definitely has Rex in his genetic makeup as he has the soft, velvety Rex fur. He loves to be petted and will lay his head down when requesting pets. Magpie is seeking a forever home with a loving family.

We adopt to indoor homes only! If you are interested in adopting a bunny from Orlando Rabbit Care and Adoptions, or would like more information on rabbit care, please visit our website at: http://www.orlandorabbit.org. The first step in our adoption process is to complete an adoption application, which can be found here: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/55856/generic . Then one of our volunteers will reach out to you via email to schedule a time to speak with you. If you don't see the email in a day or two, please check your spam folder!

Our Adoption Fee/Donation for a single rabbit is $100, a pair is $170, and a triple is $200. This helps to offset the cost of having the rabbits altered, microchipped and vaccinated, as well as any medical care that may have been required.
