Meet the cutest pair in at EBC: Edward Scissorpaws (black) & Honey Blossom (harlequin mini rex/lionhead)! These two came into EBC separately as strays caught in different areas, but the two bonded when they had the same foster mom.

These two love to explore, although Eddie has yet to figure out hardwood floors. Honey B, on the other hand, knows no limits and will require free-roaming in a bunny-proofed area where wires are either well-protected or out of reach. They have perfect litter box habits and love to snuggle together in their cardboard house. Both buns also did well with their dog and cat foster siblings.

Miss Honey Blossom isn't the most food motivated, but she enjoys hay, greens, bananas, strawberries, and bamboo sticks. Edward, in contrast, is OBSESSED with his pellets and circled his foster mom when it was time to get them. Then he will dive into them like he's never been fed before (we promise he gets unlimited hay and plenty of treats, although he may beg to differ on the definition of "plenty").

To top it off, this pair have the cutest personalities. Honey Blossom is very expressive and does the best binkies! She will also honk softly when she is happy or grunt when she is displeased. She enjoys head pets and will boop your legs to show affection and climb on you if you lay down on the floor. When Eddie wants pets, he will settle in and purr contentedly. He does enjoy if you lay on the floor with him so he can explore in a come-and-go way.

As a note: Edward needed a tooth removed and a few others filed. He has recovered from the procedure well and has follow-up on July 17, 2024 at 2:15pm. If adopted prior to this date, his new family must commit to taking him to his dental follow-ups.

Our adoption fee is reduced to $150 for this pair due to Edward's dental needs. This fee helps cover the cost of general and veterinary care and spay/neuter procedures with a rabbit-trained exotics veterinarian. We adopt to Connecticut residents, and on a case by case basis, Massachusetts and New York residents. All rabbits are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
