Meet Bella Rose

Bella Rose was previously known as Gunshot Annie. Gunshot Annie was abandoned in a state park in Georgia and later found by a forest ranger. She was transferred to a state shelter that was full and she was placed on the shelter’s euthanasia list. Paisley’s heard about Gunshot Annie, pulled her from the kill list and had her vetted. It was discovered that she had several buckshot pellets in her. When Gunshot Annie was spayed, all the buckshot pellets were removed – there were 6 pellets in her. Now Gunshot Annie is known as Bella Rose, an adorable little cuddle bug. Even after all she has been through from human cruelty, she still loves to be held and brushed. Bella Rose has bonded with two other bunnies at the shelter – Simon, an Otter Rex, and Care Hare, a Flemish/Hare mix – so they MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER. It is a strong bond so they must stay together. They will all do well in a home with “older” children and friendly pets. If you would like to meet this trio, please email paisleysbunnyrescue@gmail.com to setup an appointment.
