Meet Bear
Bear is a genuine “nice guy” - always polite, never nippy, and always happy to see you. And as you can tell from the pictures, Bear is quite curious and investigates his surroundings - he likes to play, hop on top of boxes or low furniture just to sit and survey his environment. He is very sweet and funny to watch.
He wasn't super affectionate but has warmed up a lot with loving care.
He loves to run up to nudge you in hopes of some snacks. You'll see him doing binkies in the night and early mornings.
Food-wise, he is grateful for anything he gets - greens, pellets, hay, or appropriate flowers, leaves, and veggies fresh from the garden.
Bear was found roaming the streets in Suffolk County, Long Island. He is of the New Zealand rabbits, meaning he's on the larger side yet also extra gentle and extra smart. Bear's foster parent reports that although he is still a bit shy, he welcomes pets from new people if they approach him slowly and that he loves pets on his head to the point, that he will nudge you when it's time for petting. If you let him on the bed, he loves to claim a spot and snuggle up to you, leaning his body on you.

This lovable Bear will make a great addition to any home.
The adoption fee is $95. Bear is neutered and has received the 2 vaccines for RHDV2. Please reach out to allaboutrabbitsrescue@gmail.com.
