Apple Butter (Bonded to Cherry Pie) Rabbit Dutch Longwood, FL

These two girls are best friends and ust want to have fun!!! Apple Butter and her friend, Cherry Pie, were roaming loose in a neighborhood when one of our volunteers spotted them in her yard and sprang into action. The bunnies were wrangled to safety and were taken into foster care. Apple is a gray Dutch mix and Cherry is a small Californian (white with gray ears and tail). They were a bit frightened and scruffy when first wrangled but are now relaxing in the safety of their foster home. The girls are very closely bonded and share food and a litter box. They will never have problems with their teeth as they are fantastic hay eaters. "Please keep our box full with fresh green timothy hay." They devour their pellets and greens and love to get rabbit safe treats [no fruit or carrots as it can make them sick.)

The girls enjoy free roam time, where they will joyfully explore, run and perform binkies. Cherry Pie loves to jump up on objects for a better view and Apple Butter is always tagging along. They are not fearful, once they get comfortable in their home, which doesn't take long. They are so much fun to watch as they bounce around the room together. Both of these girls are happy, energetic, little bunnies that crave attention. They also get along well with their foster cat sister! These sweet buns are looking for a loving forever home where they can play together all day.

Our Adoption Fee/Donation for a single rabbit is $100, a pair is $170, and a triple is $200. This helps to offset the cost of having the rabbits altered, microchipped and vaccinated, as well as any medical care that may have been required.
