Hello peeps, the name is Leigh and I'm so excited to be looking for my forever family! I came into care as a very scared young dog and I've spent my time learning to trust people and gaining confidence in my foster home.

I live in a house with a couple of dogs and a cat and get along well with them with proper boundaries in place. I would do best in a home with a confident dog sibling to help me continue to grow my confidence. I'm still learning to share my things sometimes so need reminders and a separate space in which to eat my breakfast and dinner. I haven't met any kids but I would need respectful children in a home that are 12 years old or older in order to respect my personal space and signs.

I am fully house trained and am kenneled regularly, though it isn't my favourite place to be. I'm still learning my leash manners but I'm confident with practice I'll continue to improve!

Foster mom says I'm a goofy girl who is incredibly affectionate when I get comfortable. I love to play and do zoomies and I'm always incredibly excited when she gets home.
