Meet Luna
Meet Luna!
Luna is a one year old spayed female who found her way back to MPBR after her first adoption didn’t fit well with her lifestyle. Luna is an active and young dog who needs structure and guidance in her life to help build her confidence. She knows some basic commands but is working on strengthening this knowledge and her ability to maintain tasks for duration along with adhering to them around distractions....and she can be easily distracted so these are proving to be quite the job for her! Luna loves chewing on bones and hanging on the couch with her foster mom! She is doing excellent in her crate, however she can be a bit reactive towards other dogs through her kennel but is showing improvement with the work she is doing with her foster and other volunteers within the rescue. Luna would do best in a home without small children as she can sometimes become anxious around fast movements/commotion she doesn’t entirely understand. Our girl appreciates when people allow her to initiate introductions rather than putting pressure on her personal space. Luna would love to find a home that can show some dedication to her and the individual that she is!
