Meet Ripken! This gorgeous cream colored boy was transferred to us from another shelter. Ripken is a young, energetic dog who is about 1 year old (born March 2015). He enjoys being petted, walks well on a leash and will quickly settle into relaxing beside you. Ripken had a food aggression related incident with a younger child in a previous home and is therefore only recommended to an adult-only home or a home with children 14+. Since Ripken has had many changes over his short year of life and a lack of structure, it is recommended that he go to a calm home where he can take the time he will need to slowly transition into the home. This home will include teaching him proper manners, rules and obedience. We also recommend a home without cats.
