Josh is the sweetest little Beagle boy in the world, and he certainly doesn't deserve to spend his golden years locked away behind cage bars. Josh and his two brothers were surrendered to us for a reason that completely baffles us. Their owner had recently gotten two new Beagle puppies and decided to "thin out the pack" and get rid of the ones who were "getting old." As sad as it is that Josh is here, we believe that it is probably far better than the fate that may have awaited him in his old home. He is a 12 year old little Beagle man who could not be any more gentle or loving. He doesn't seem accustomed to getting this much attention and is SOAKING IT UP. He loves to snuggle in laps, give kisses, and occasionally even play with toys! He has been neutered and had several teeth extracted and is now ready to go into a loving home. He may not have as LONG to be with your family as some other dogs, but that doesn't mean that he can't fill your life with a love that's just as strong. Please give him a chance.
