Katy Nebelung & Russian Blue Mix Nashville, TN

Katy is a little beauty. She is petite and her fur is soft as velvet and luxurious. She loves being brushed because it feels good not because she gets tangled. Her hair is so silky it rarely tangles. (Please note that long haired cats shed. If you don't like fur all over your furniture then this cat is not for you.)

She is a sweet young lady too, when it comes to humans. In fact she prefers people to cats and dogs. So we're looking for a home for her where she be an only princess to revel in her person's love. She loves to give kitty kisses but beware she'll nip your nose as a token of her affection. Love bites, don't you know.

Children in the household should be 6yrs old or older and be of gentle nature.

Katy was abandoned to the streets when her person died. Kind people took care of her for a year or so while she lived outside. They could not bring her inside because their own cats were temperamental and would not stand for this little intruder. Katy was ever so happy when all her begging to live inside finally paid off and she came to live at Silver Rescue. She even learned to tolerate our other cats. It was preferable to living outside.

Katy is healthy, completely vetted and ready for her own home. She will be adopted to an inside forever home only. Her adoption fee of $90 will be used to help other abandoned kitties like our little princess.
