Roscoe is approx. 2 yrs. old and thrives on attention. He would love to be in a home where he is walked and exercised daily. He likes being close by, is affectionate, and bonds deeply with his person. Roscoe is very intelligent and easily trained, especially with treats. In fact, he has been through obedience class and knows several commands and walks well on a leash. (His training comes with a lifetime free return policy that is transferable to his adopter) Roscoe lives well in a foster home with cats and other dogs, but may prefer to be an only dog where he can truly feel special. He is a large, strong dog, so he needs a good, strong role model to gently guide him. Due to his size, he may not be appropriate in a household with very small children or fearful cats. He is completely house trained and crate trained, although he does experience some separation anxiety, so he would be happiest in a home where he is not left alone for long periods of time.
