Operation Underdog is run by a small group of individuals who work out of Raleigh County , WV by arranging fostering, transporting, vetting and getting animals noticed within the community.
We love animals and our work is focused on making our community a better place for both pets and people. We intend to educate the public regarding responsible pet ownership including the importance of spaying/neutering and provide temporary shelter and care for rescued dogs. In addition to supporting shelters in their rescue efforts, we have wonderful animals that are available to adopt. These animals were taken in from the community or pulled from the shelter when their time was up.

We also provide transportation once a month to a low cost spay/neuter clinic near Charleston, WV. Please send us an email at opundo@operationunderdog.org for more information.
