Richland Area Rescue helps animals in need in the Richland County area of Wisconsin.  We are an all volunteer organization. We are funded by donations and adoption fees.
Adoption Policy

Adopting an animal is a lifelong commitment. Adopters should be allowed to have an animal at their place of residence, be willing to provide regular veterinary care, and give a loving home.
