Our Mission
Alley Cat Project (ACP) is a 100% volunteer-based 501c3 organization. Our mission is to humanely reduce the population of outdoor cats in Seattle through spay/neuter and adoption. We primarily trap-neuter-return feral adult cats and bring their kittens into foster homes for adoption as indoor-only pets.
