Adoption Policy

Thinking about adopting a new best friend? When you adopt, you not only get a new best friend but you also give that special kitty a second chance at life.
The following applies to all WECR adoptions. The adopting party must -
Be 25 years of age and be an American citizen,
Have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in the household,
Have a valid ID with current address,
Understand that the completion of an application does not guarantee adoption,
Understand that no adoptions are done as "gifts" for others.
