Our Mission

Established in 1943, the Fredericksburg SPCA cares for over 2,000 animals each year. Our mission is to empower our community to end animal suffering. Through leadership and action, engagement and learning, compassionate care and adoption, affordable veterinary medicine, and access to resources, together we can change our culture for the betterment of all living beings.
