Our Mission
A New Beginning Animal Rescue (ANBAR) is a nonprofit, no-kill, foster-based animal rescue organization serving Weber and Davis Counties, UT. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of abused, abandoned, and homeless cats, dogs, puppies and kittens.
Adoption Policy
ANBAR hosts adoption events every Saturday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at the PETCO in Layton, Utah.  It's a wonderful opportunity to meet many of our adoptable animals.  To help you prepare, please visit our Petfinder page to see our available pets and their information. Â
