Adoption Policy
First, a potential adopter must submit an application. The directors will review the application for any red flags, such as declawing, or would return for behavioral issues, etc. If the application looks good, our next step is to meet the adopter and their family either in person or via Zoom. We go over our expectations, our contract, fees, etc. and have them show us the space the cat will be living in. We discuss any potential health concerns with having an animal. Our goal is to find the perfect fit for the cat and family. We are not a first come first served rescue. If we feel good about the match, we will send them a contract to complete and return, along with the adoption fee and arrange pickup.
