Our Mission
To be a frontrunner in community outreach for the plight of homeless animals and educators on humane and compassionate care of pets well being and their population. By providing homeless pets shelter, medical care, active lifestyles, and finding their forever homes. We help people and pets forge bonds that will last a lifetime.
Adoption Policy
All cats in the care of Friends of Rescue Animals (FRAs) will be provided veterinary care that includes their annual vaccinations, sterilization, FeLV/FIV test, and a microchip.
We have cats available for adoption at PetSmart in Rowlett, TX and Rockwall, TX. Â
