Richland Hills Animal Services
Our Mission
The City of Richland Hills Animal Services Center has many wonderful pets available for adoption to loving homes. In addition to providing and promoting the humane treatment of animals, Animal Services also protects the public by managing the Richland Hills animal population.
Animal bites and reports of cruelty to animals should be reported to Animal Services.
The animals at the Animal Services Center are generally rescued by an Animal Services Officer, or a concerned citizen who has seen the animal running loose. However, some animals are brought in by citizens who can no longer care for them.
The Animal Services Center encourages citizens interested in adopting an animal to visit us during our regular operating hours. For more information, please contact us at 817-616-3769.
