To humanely reduce the overpopulation of feral cats in the Port Neches by raising public awareness, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and rescuing homeless but friendly cats and kittens.
If you want to adopt a cat from us and are not located near Port Neches, TX please let us know and we will do our best to arrange transport for qualified applicants.
