Our Mission
At Ruff Road Revival (RRR), we are dedicated to prioritizing animal care, safety, and long-term well-being. Our animals come from a variety of backgrounds, including those rescued from the streets or facing the threat of euthanasia. Each animal undergoes a personalized rehabilitation program to ensure they are the best possible companions before joining their forever family.
Our mission is to combat animal cruelty and protect animal rights through advocacy, education, and rescue efforts. By collaborating with our community, we actively promote the humane treatment of all animals and find purr-fect homes for the animals who need them most!
Adoption Policy
The first step to the adoption process is filling out our adoption application online. We then do a vet check and check character reference, followed up by reaching out to the potential adopter to answer any questions they may have. If they are still interested at that point, we have the foster reach out to them so that they can get a better feel for if it is the right fit both for the adopter and for the animal. This also gives the potential adopter a chance to either set up a meet and greet with the animal if they are local or video chat with the animal to see their personality if they are out of state. If they are local, the next step would be a meet and greet and if that goes well, they would sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee and take the animal home. If they are out of state and decide to move forward with adoption, they will then sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. We will schedule the transport and send all information to the potential adopter. The animal will receive a health certificate prior to transport and the adopter will be added to a group chat during the transport process.
