Mission and Impact of Harley's Hounds is 3-fold:
Providing community education to encourage responsible pet ownership and the importance of spay/neuter. Providing resources throughout the community to get dogs off the streets and into a healthy, loving home environment. Creating the pathway towards foster/adoption.
