Our Mission
We are a private animal sanctuary which relies entirely on volunteers and donations. We are located two miles south of Anton, TX and about 30 minutes from Lubbock,
We formed in 2006 and became incorporated and received non-profit 501 status in 2007.  We care for about 150 animals at any given time. We have so many friendly and loving dogs, along with cats, horses and donkeys. Schedule an appointment to meet them today!
GROOMING: Our groomer offers professional pet grooming services with all proceeds going to the animals' care. If you can bring it we can groom it! For appointments and pricing please e-mail jstapws@yahoo.com Pick up and delivery available at a reasonable cost for nearby towns.Â
BOARDING SERVICES: We can board any species for a reasonable price. Please email for availability of space. Pick up and delivery available for this service also.

Adoption Policy
Our adoption process consists of an adoption request, appointment for meet and greet between the adoptable pet and perspective adopter with question and answer time, possible home visit. Adoption contract and cash adoption donation ($50-$230) per pet at the time of adoption. A spay/neuter deposit ( $75 to $250) is required on any pet not yet altered and is refundable when sterilization requirements are meet.

Waggin Tails is only open by appointment due to a shortage of volunteers. Meet an Greets and adoptions are by appointment so we can assure a volunteer is available to assist you at the Sanctuary.
