Foster Cat, Inc. is all about saving lives. It's as simple as that. We are an all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to the proposition that all cats and kittens deserve safe, loving, permanent homes.
Adoption Policy
Use the Adoption Application button on this page to fill out an online application. Once an application is reviewed, you will receive a call from our agency. Thank you for considering one of our fur babies to join your home & family.
Please note that we are based in Pittsburgh, PA, and this is the only area we serve. We cannot do out of state adoptions because our application process requires a home visit.
