Columbia Gorge Cat Rescue
Our Mission
Columbia Gorge Cat Rescue's primary purposes are to:
• Serve as an animal rescue organization that shelters and fosters homeless cats and kittens until good homes are found
• Reduce the feral and homeless cat populations through spay and neuter programs
• To bring more public awareness to the plight of homeless cats through education and outreach.
Adoption Policy
ADOPTION PROCESS
With few exceptions, all of our cats and kittens are located in the Portland area Petco identified in their description. Petco employs trained adoption counselors to guide you through the process and answer your questions.
You can meet your prospective furry companion in person and fill out the adoption application they provide. If you're interested in a kitty, we recommend you go to the Petco where that kitty is listed without delay. Petco only does in-person adoptions.
Thank you so much for wanting to adopt a rescue kitty.
100% of the adoption fees go directly to CGCR to help us continue to rescue, spay and neuter stray and homeless cats and kittens. Petco does not profit from the adoption fees in any way. Thank you Petco for making this possible.
