Our Mission
The Durant Animal Shelter is dedicated to providing compassionate care and safe refuge for animals in need within our community. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome companion animals, promoting their welfare through responsible adoption practices, education, and outreach. We strive to be a beacon of hope, advocating for the humane treatment of all animals while fostering a culture of empathy and respect among our staff, volunteers, and the public.
Adoption Policy
The adoption process may be initiated in-person or by phone call at 924-3737 #3. One of our Animal Control Officers will be happy to answer any questions you have.
Adoption requires payment of a $50 fee following the completion of paperwork.
