If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application. Go to https://www.shelteredpaws.com/adoption and fill out the application online using the blue 'adoption application button on the Sheltered Paws adoption page or go to https://form.jotform.us/71915229253154 to download an Adoption Form Questionnaire. Upon completion, email the application back to spdrapp@shelteredpaws.com
