Small, Local, Independent Rescue out of Lorain County, OH
We rely on foster homes.
We work with other local rescues when space permits to aid in the pulling of dogs from local kill shelter.

Adoption Policy
We offer a 2 week trial period to make sure the pet is a good fit for all.
All pets are to be returned to Hartman's Hounds should it not work out, even if years later.
