Our Mission
Central New York’s Spay Neuter Assistance Program (CNY SNAP) is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We are committed to offering affordable spay/neuter services and finding loving homes for cats and kittens through our adoption program in Cortland and with PetSmart in DeWitt. Our core mission is to create a positive impact in our community by addressing the issue of cat and dog overpopulation in Central New York.
