Carroll Street Cat Club
Our Mission
The Carroll Street Cat Club started in 2021 as a small effort to help a colony of sick feral cats struggling to survive on Carroll St in Brooklyn, NY. Since then this 12+ cat colony has been fully TNRed, gotten access to life saving medical treatments, and - when appropriate - socialized and adopted into loving homes.
Now, the Carroll Street Cat Club works to extend that same level of care to all the cats in our surrounding area.
Our mission is to humanely address the cat overpopulation and welfare crisis in Brooklyn by reducing the number of unowned cats born outdoors and increasing the quality of life for those that are. To achieve this, our primary focus is on trap-neuter-return efforts for feral cats living outside. We also work to rescue and adopt out the friendly cats and kittens abandoned in our neighborhood as we find them and our resources allow.

First, please fill out our adoption application. The more details you provide here, the better. It will help us get to know you as an applicant and understand what cat might be ideally suited to your home! https://forms.gle/zxji1ikapSQEhVgQ9
If we think we can make a match for you and one of our cats, we will reach out via email to set up a call to discuss your application and share more about the cats in our care.
If you are interested, we will schedule an in-person or virtual meet-and-greet for you to get to know your potential new fur-friend.
