Our Mission

APS is dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals from abuse or neglect, providing shelter for lost and abandoned animals, reuniting lost pets with their owners, providing low-cost spay/neuter services to the public, encouraging pet adoption, encouraging responsible pet ownership and public education.
