SPCA of the Carolinas
Our Mission
At SPCA of the Carolina’s our mission is to provide compassionate care and a loving sanctuary for animals in need, with a special focus on older dogs, in North and South Carolina. We strive to create a nurturing environment where each animal is valued, cherished, and allowed to thrive while awaiting their forever home.
Through our commitment to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and humans. We believe every animal deserves a second chance at happiness and security, regardless of age or circumstance.
By fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and community engagement, we seek to raise awareness about the importance of animal welfare and responsible pet ownership. Through educational initiatives, outreach programs, and partnerships with local organizations, we endeavor to promote a society where animals are valued as cherished companions and integral members of our families.
At SPCA of the Carolinas, we are guided by our unwavering dedication to the well-being of every animal entrusted to our care. With the support of our compassionate volunteers, generous donors, and caring community, we strive to create a world where every animal has a loving home and a bright future ahead.
Adoption Policy
We strive to find a forever home for each and every dog we rescue. We will do home visits to be sure the adopter & dog fit together. We will give basic training advise when needed & will require a fence for dogs we feel need one. Not every dog does.
