Our Mission
To provide a safe, clean, compassionate shelter for all animals in need in Stokes County. To match adoptable animals with responsible, loving homes. To reduce overpopulation of domestic animals through spaying/neutering all animals that are adopted. Educating the community through outreach and programs.
Adoption Policy
Potential adopters fill out an adoption application which is then reviewed by our adoption coordinator. We recommend a meet and greet with any current pets and/or children. If application is approved then an adoption contract is signed, a S/N voucher issued, and an appointment is made. We do a courtesy call 30 days post adoption.
