North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue
Our Mission
We are a private, donation funded, non-profit 501(c)(3), no kill rescue. Our mission is to help end pet over population, abandonment and neglect. We provide care and find homes for dogs of any breed, age or medical need. We have found homes for over 5000 dogs on the last 25 years. We hope to have this number keep growing as we strive to save these sweet souls.
We at North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue are working hard to be able to save more dogs and educate our community about spay/neuter to reduce the number of animals entering the shelter system.
Adoption Policy
If you are interested in meeting or adopting one of our rescue dogs, please fill out an adoption application on our website. Once we have received, reviewed and processed your application, we will contact you on how to proceed.
