Our Mission
Harford Hounds, Inc is a small non-profit that improves the welfare of local companion animals with programs that assist owners with low cost pet care opportunities and finding homes for special needs or older pets.
Adoption Policy
Adoptions require a verbal discussion to ensure home would be right for specified pet, background check, meet & greet (usually at foster home), possible home visit (required for dogs), and contract.
