Our Mission
We are a small rural shelter that services the city of Minden. This has been a high kill shelter for many years, but we have managed to have no euthanization of healthy adoptable animals since September of 2019. We try very hard to get all the animals adopted or rescued in their small amount of time given. We only have 10 days total to get them out of here before we are ordered otherwise.
Adoption Policy
cost of adoption is cost of spay/neuter (if not already) and cost of rabies vaccine payable to the vet that performs it.
