Clark County C.A.R.E.S., Inc. is an all volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2008. C.A.R.E.S. is Caring for Animals and Reducing Euthanasia at our Shelter. Our mission is to support the Clark County Animal Shelter while supporting animal welfare in Clark County, Kentucky.
